We process most orders within 24 hours. Within 24hrs of us receiving payment you will receive a tracking link, and depending on which shipping method you choose delivery time can be anywhere from 3-20 days. Typically with Xpresspost orders will arrive in 5-7 business days anywhere in Canada (2-3 Business Days for Western Canada)

All orders are securely packed and shipped discreetly via the Canada Post shipping method of your choice (Regular, Expedited, or Xpresspost). We ship all packages with SIGNATURE RELEASE REQUIRED unless otherwise specified. This is to prevent products from sitting in a hot/cold mailbox for extended periods of time. If you would NOT like your package sent with a signature release, please leave a note on the order at checkout saying "No signature required". Please note that if you do not receive your package after requesting it be sent with no signature, we will not be able to send a replacement. Orders qualifying for Free Shipping are shipped with Canada Post Xpresspost.

Reishi mushrooms are nicknamed “the mushroom of immortality” because of their immune-boosting and anti-cancer properties. The bioactive constituents found in reishi mushrooms are antioxidants (most notably triterpenes or triterpenoids) and the polysaccharide beta-glucan. Immune boosters improve the body’s defense against foreign invaders, like bacteria, viruses and cancer cells, by stimulating the production of white blood cells. In one study, 40 male athletes experienced an improvement in lymphocyte function after six weeks of consuming reishi mushroom extract daily (1). Although it is not recommended as a primary cancer treatment, research has suggested that consuming reishi mushroom can be beneficial in conjunction with cancer therapy because of its potential to enhance tumour response, support immune function and improve quality of life (2). The beautiful lion’s mane (hericium erinaceus) mushroom is known for its ability to support brain health and improve cognitive function. The compounds erinacines and hericenones, found in lion’s mane, stimulate the synthesis of nerve growth factor (NGF), a protein responsible for the development and survival of neurons (brain cells) (1). This has been linked to better cognitive performance in humans and has been shown to help protect against Alzheimer’s disease in mice (2)(3). Beyond their ability to support brain health, lion’s mane mushrooms are traditionally known to reduce mild symptoms of anxiety and depression, protect against chronic inflammation and fight tumors.
